“Pink”, the Amitabh Bachchan, Taapsee Pannu court room drama, has received rave reviews for the way the movie executed sensitivity towards women, gender equality and gender neutrality.

The Additional Director General of Police, Rajasthan, has directed Superintendents of Police of all 33 districts of the state, to ensure that each police personnel is exposed to the sensitivity and neutrality towards women by watching the movie “Pink” and that too, in groups, rather than individually.

The movie is also being shown at the Police Adademy, to allow quick and fair resolution of issues related to affected women.

On watching the movie, it is expected that the attitude of Police towards women will improve and their problems will be solved amicably and with the right approach.  This is also expected to improve the image of the Police force.

ADG Civil Rights ML Lathar issued the orders to SPs and Deputy Commissioners to execute the plan immediately, specially at Police Station level.
