Today seemed to be one of the busiest day for Municipal Council Udaipur, as there were series of meetings held at the council’s premises and a camp was organized for Special Eligible Person’s Identification for ward number 2,6,7,8 and 9 at the Community Hall, Ambamata.

Today seemed to be one of the busiest day for Municipal Council Udaipur, as there were series of meetings held at the council’s premises and a camp was organized for Special Eligible Person’s Identification for ward number 2,6,7,8 and 9 at the Community Hall, Ambamata.

Meeting of Legal Committee

Meeting of Legal committee was held under the chairmanship of the Legal Committee President, K. K. Kumawat. Decisions were taken on appointing an advocate for the council according to the guidelines of the State Government.

The meeting was attended by, Advocate and Councilor, Manish Shrimali, Prem Singh Shaktawat and all the other members of the committee.

Meeting of the Crime Control Committee

The meeting was held under the leadership of Chairperson, Rajni Dangi, where a total of 21 cases of illegal construction were discussed. The meeting was also attended by Vice-Chairman, Mahender Singh Shekawat; Commissioner, Satyanarayan Acharya; Members, Archana Sharma, Muslim Ali Bandookwala, Mohammad Khalil; Sub Urban Responsibility Officer, Rajesh Verma; Surveyors, Durgesh Sharma and Rajesh Jain, AENs and JENs of Council.

Meeting and Camp on Special Eligible Person’s Identification

Special Eligible Person’s Identification was held for ward number 2,6,7,8 and 9, at the Community Hall, Ambamata, from 10 am till 5 pm, where Dr. Rajeev Saxena, Dr. Anil Jain and Dr. Rajendra Sharma gave Medical Certificates to 28 special eligible persons for their identification. In this camp, Roadways Officer, Dilip Paneri was also present, who gave Special roadways pass to 16 disabled persons.

Disabled Pension cards of 5 persons were filled, 1 loan was sanctioned and Employment Registration for 5 persons was done, in which 2 were unemployed teachers.

10 Special Eligible Persons were selected for legal guardianship, 8 “Astha” cards were made, 5 applications for scholarship has been received, 1 application for tricycle was also received.

Mentally Disabled Persons will be benefitted under “Niramay Yojna” Insurance Program. 60 disabled persons attended this program today.

On this occasion, Mandata Singh Ranawat, Deputy Director of Social Justice and Empowerment department; Rajni Dangi, Chairperson; Tarnag Yadav, Assistant Revenue Inspector and the Councilors of ward 2, 6, 7, 8 and 9 were also present.

On 24th Sept. this camp will be held for ward 5, 10, 11, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49 at Government Upper Elementary Girls School, Jagdish Chowk.

Review Meeting of Contractors

At one hand, meetings of Municipal Council were organized and on the other hand contractors of the council and UIT took their review meeting under the leadership of Chandresh Audichya. Discussions were undertaken on keeping an eye on the policies of the State Government and halting all the ongoing works.

Chandresh said, “We didn’t receive any assurance regarding our memorandum, from the administration, so we are halting all the ongoing works of Municipal council and UIT”.
