For the next 7 days, the traffic will remain diverted for the laying of 40 meter long sewerage trunk line. The UIT and corporation are looking for alternate routes for Court circle to Collectorate and Alka Hotel.

As a part of the Lake Conservation Scheme, the laying for sewerage line is under construction which will be 830 meter long collectively between Delhi Gate Circle to Hathipol.

The route is the main junction for traffic coming from Surajpol, Hathipol, Shastri Circle and Court Circle. Also, roadways and travel buses to Jaipur and Rajsamand take this route.

During these 7 days, alternate could be that the route of Collectorate to Delhi Gate to be made ‘one way.’ Also, when the construction work moves towards Hathipol, the traffic coming from Town hall road and Ashwini Bazar can be diverted on the right side towards Delhi Gate and Collectorate.
