Show cause notice has been issued to PF department for deducting amount from the retirement fund account of former GGM of RSMM.

M S Khamesra, Former Group General Manager of RSMM, retired on 31^st August 2015. An amount of 87 thousand 899 rupees was deducted from his Provident Fund account without any information on the subject. Even after corresponding for a year on this matter, the PF department did not give any clarification to Khamesra regarding the deduction. Union PF Commissioner declared this deduction as invalid and ordered for the amount to be reimbursed, but RSMM management did not pay the amount to Khamesra.

A writ was filed in Rajasthan High Court by M S Khamesra on 22 May 2017. As per the hearing, Judge Sangeet Lodha issued a show cause notice to the Provident fund department on 14^th September.
