Home Minister Gulab Chandra Kataria flagged off a specialized Police patrolling team ‘Sigma’ on Sunday from Delhi Gate Control Room.  The convoy of 21 fully equipped motorcycles rallied around the city following the inauguration of new service.

According to information provided by sources, the initiative was launched to strengthen law and order situation I’m and around the city.  The patrolling Sigma team will keep a 24hr watch, monitoring Udaipur roads on their modified and equipped motorbikes.

‘Sigma’ team will be able to respond to any situation quickly. Every police station of the city received two motorcycles while Surajpol Police Station got three Sigma motorbikes.

During the inauguration, MLA Phool Singh Meena, SP Ajaypal Singh Lamba and other top administrative officials were also present.
