Centre for Excellence in Tourism Training will be operated from Mohanlal Sukhadia University campus, in the premises currently being occupied by IIM Udaipur. IIM Udaipur has committed to shift operations by 30th September to its under construction Campus at Balicha

 

Singapore PM to inaugurate Tourism Training Centre

Proposed implementation of Excellence Centre for Tourism Training being in place and with all work towards the commencement of the Centre completed, the much awaited Centre for Excellence in Tourism Training (CETT) will be inaugurated on the 6th of October, in the presence of CM Vasundhra Raje Scindia and the Chief Guest Lee Hsien Loong.

This advanced training center, the first of its kind in the state had been proposed earlier under the Resurgent Rajasthan model, which is a partnership between the State Government and Singapore.  During the announcement of the partnership Singapore has vowed to provide free consultation in developing tourism by training through the Excellence Center.

Singapore Government has offered a package of 2.47 million Singaporean Dollars to provide training to the master trainers of the proposed Centre of Excellence in Udaipur so that these trainers can acquire global level of skills in hospitality sector.

ITEES with global expertise and leadership in skill training has designed the way forward training course to enable Centre of Excellence, Udaipur to achieve world class prominence in certification of skills in hospitality sector.

The Centre for Excellence in Tourism Training will be operated from Mohanlal Sukhadia University campus, in the premises currently being occupied by IIM Udaipur.  IIM Udaipur has committed to shift operations by 30th September to its under construction Campus at Balicha, on the Ahmedabad highway.
