Construction of a double basement parking at Hathiwala Park, Town Hall was found not feasible as part of the feasibility study done by Project Consultant from Ridcore Company.

The report was submitted by Ridcore on 4^th July 2013. As per the report, double basement parking is not feasible as the upper crust of land is not strong enough to support the structure. The report recommended construction of a single basement parking instead.

Mayor, Rajni Dangi, after studying the report gave an approval for single basement parking and asked the Project Consultant to submit a project report containing the structural plan.
