Stamp duty on Affidavit has been increased from Rs. 10 to Rs. 20 while stamp duty on released Demand Draft related to Parental or Real Property has been increased from Rs. 100 to Rs. 500.

Recently Registration and Stamp Department, amendments were notified in Rajasthan Stamp Act 1998 and Rajasthan Registration Rules 1955. Vendors have been instructed for not allowing single individual to buy stamps worth more than Rs. 50,000.

Documents related to Adoption Deed will now be available for Rs. 300. Contract in Banks, Finance Loans, Land Titles, DD Deposits and Lease Documents will see duty increased from 0.1% to 0.15%.

Stamp on Bank Guarantee upto Rs. 25,000 will see additional 0.25% on duty rates. Stamp Duty for registration of documents will now be charged at Rs. 100 instead of Rs. 50.

The new rates have been implemented under the notification provided by Rajasthan Finance Act 2015.
