State’s Medical Team examines Swine Flu status in Udaipur

After 46 deaths reported at MB Hospital so far due to Swine Flu, the state government came in action and sent two medical doctors who examined the status of swine flu ward at the hospital.

 

After 46 deaths reported at MB Hospital so far due to Swine Flu, the state government came in action and sent two medical doctors who examined the status of swine flu ward at the hospital.

The team of specialists headed by Dr. Raman Sharma and Dr. P.S Lamba met the patients in the ward, consulted with the doctors and informed them about various measures to be implemented.

According to the reports gathered, Dr. Sharma said that the MB Hospital is working diligently to fight the flu. The screening and tests are being carried on regularly. He also emphasized that those who had died were in the last stage where chances of survival are very less.

Dr. Raman further added that majority of the patients treated at MB Hospital have been sent back home. State’s health minister will review the report in a meeting.
