Step-by-Step Guide for Online SIR Voter Form Submission

Udaipur, Nov 15, 2025 – Under the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) campaign of voter lists, voters can fill the enumeration form themselves and submit it online. The process of online submission is simple and can be completed in 4-5 minutes. Applications can be submitted through the Election Commission of India (ECI) portal.

Documents Required for Online Form Submission

• Current EPIC number (i.e., 2025 voter card number)
• Aadhaar number for e-sign authentication and Aadhaar-linked mobile number for OTP verification
• Recent photograph (clicked via phone, under 2 MB) and details from the last SIR 2002 voter list, such as your own, parent’s, or grandparent’s information including constituency name, part number, and serial number
• You can download your name from the last SIR 2002 PDF via the portal.

Note: If the name in Aadhaar does not match the voter card, the form must be filled offline via BLO.

Step-by-Step Online Process

1. Go to voters.eci.gov.in, sign up with your mobile number and OTP, and then log in. From the main dashboard, select “Fill Enumeration Form.”
2. Enter your State and 2025 EPIC number, then search. Verify using OTP received on your mobile.
3. Select Category – Based on last SIR 2002 information, choose one of the following:
   • Option 1: My name is in the last SIR 2002
   • Option 2: My parent’s/grandparent’s name is in the last SIR
   • Option 3: Neither my nor any relative’s name is in the last SIR (fill basic details in this case)
4. Fill Details – Enter all required details, address, and upload photo.
5. E-Sign and Submit – Enter Aadhaar number, verify via OTP, and e-sign the form.
6. Submit Form – Tick the “Declare” checkbox and click Submit.

A "successful submission" message will be received on your mobile.
