Sub City Center: Auction raises Rs. 72.5 Lac for 500 sq ft Plot
The 500 sq ft commercial plot in L block of the sub-city center was auctioned for Rs. 72.5 Lac on Wednesday. The plot is located at the corner of the 100 ft road.

The 500 sq ft commercial plot in L block of the sub-city center was auctioned for Rs. 72.5 Lac on Wednesday. The plot is located at the corner of the 100 ft road.
The auction of the land started with 13 bidders at UIT premises in which UIT sold sub city center’s L block, Transport Nagar B block and raised Rs. 24.42 Cr.
Secretary Ramniwas Mehta informed that all the plots of the L block have been sold. From 11 AM onward on Thursday, another auction will start.
