Teachers of Rajasthan Computer Shikshak Sangh presented a memorandum to Collector demanding a permanent status to their employment in the current session.
As per the memorandum, the computer teachers who have been working on contract basis since the year 2001 were to be given permanent status in 2.5 years time period. Most of the states did that except Rajasthan where nearly 4500 teachers are working on contract basis.
They asked collector to take initiation in making their status permanent as their current contract period got over today. They maintained that Government is still following the contract routine instead of making them permanent.
Narendra Ameta, District President, Rajasthan Computer Shikshak Sangh stated that they have received an assurance from the Collector that he will forward the matter to the CM.
