A thermal scanner has recently been installed at the Collectorate. Many government offices have been equipped with thermal scanners because of covid19, and this is just another one in the series.
The scanner has been placed outside room no. 125 and the instructions of use have been pasted alongwith.
A marking has been made where the person entering the office must stand and face the camera for 2 to 5 seconds.
If the camera shows a person's temperature as 37.2 degrees Celsius or more, he or she must immediately seek medical advice.
