Ajmer Discom has started a Customer Service Center in Ajmer as a result of which one will no longer have to commute to Electricity office for registering complaints.

11 districts, including Udaipur will be covered by this 24-hour Customer Service Center. The toll free number of the center is 1800-180-6565. Residents can call this Toll Free number and have their complaints registered.

If the complaint is not handled within a specific time frame, the same shall be escalated to higher authorities.
