The district administration has proposed a Tourist Interpretation Center at Fateh Memorial campus. The center will provide virtual tour of city using 16-Giga pixel imaging of various tourist spots. The decision was taken after a recent inspection by district collector.

Ashutosh Pednekar, District Collector, Udaipur informed that it is very essential for tourist to have complete knowledge of city and its famous spots. The tourist interpretation center will fulfill that requirement with help of high quality video and photographs.

Pednekar added that various tourist spots including Fatehsagar, City Palace and Sajjangarh has been captured with a 360 degree 16-Giga pixel image. The image has already been received to tourism department, but the required equipments would be installed soon.

Pednekar further informed that the building also requires a proper maintenance, which includes coloring and lightning to add beauty in the building.
