Udaipur District Tourism Committee has conducted a meeting under the leadership of Additional District Collector Chogaram Devasi. The meeting was focused on development of tourism, extension of facilities available for tourists, cleanliness and maintenance of tourist spots and beautification of places was included.

Devasi has instructed all concerned officials to take effective measures with close mutual coordination following the tourist season in Udaipur. He said that all authorities have to ensure that tourists should not face any problems and they go back home with sweet memories of Udaipur.

Parking facility at Maa Ji Ka Mandir, Cleanliness of Lakes through machine, unaligned and mismanaged Thelawalas, nuisance created by beggars, removing unused boats kept near lakes and making better parking in city are some of the important issues which were discussed in the meeting.

Many other problems and their solutions were discussed too like safety measures during boating, traffic control, lights at Sajjangarh, conservation of wall paintings at Gulab Bagh Road, illegal sellers outside Sheliyon ki Badi, planning of Night Bazaar, development of Ahar Museum etc.

Additional District Collector Chogaram Devasi has clearly instructed to execute all necessary task seriously and effectively.
