The tourists coming to the Lake City will now be able to see the Rajasthani art up close on boats in lakes. Nagar Nigam will purchase the required boats in which the local artists will give scintillating performances.

This decision was made on Monday during the cultural committee’s meeting. President Jagdish Menariya informed that this artful initiative will commence either at Fateh Sagar or Lake Pichola. After the NOC by Water Resources Department, the boats will be purchased.

It is to consider that tourists flock in the city every month and especially during the Mewar Festival, the performances on the Gangaur Boat are liked by all. This is an attempt to attract tourists and provide platform of Rajasthan art on a frequent basis.
