The coming year is set to witness plenty of development around Udaipur. The Administration is expected to introduce afew new projects which are likely to benefit normal city life. Two most important among these are Traffic Park and a separate Lab in M.B Hospital.
These projects can also be considered as a gift to Udaipurites from the Administration, where Traffic Park would help locals to understand traffic rules and road safety measures, while the Trauma Ward of M.B Hospital would ease suffering faced by patients during treatment.
According to Jitendra Singh, RTO Udaipur, this Traffic Park is proposed to be constructed in Chitrakutnagar. It willconsist of a Practice Lace and Driving Lane, which can be used for both learning driving and approving driving licenses respectively.
Jitendra Singh further added,“The common people and students will be educated with traffic rules and management. RTO has already signed a MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) with UIT and has also transferred the amount. The project will be acted on by UIT after all due formality.
The second big project that has come under the limelight is the Lab to be developed at M.B Hospital costing a whooping Rs.80 Cr. In addition to this a High-Tech Nursery is already under construction along with a separate Trauma Ward at Hospital Campus.
According to Dr. Chandra Mathur, HOD, RNT Medical College, these facilities will surely ease the trauma of patients arriving at M.B Hospital for treatment; moreover better care would be given to infants and advance treatment to critical cases of accidents.
These projects sound exciting and favorable and if completed within deadlines, will surely benefit local masses. Apart from this, these projects would surely play a better role in keeping the city more organized and free from undue traffic congestion and parking issues.
