RTO Dr Mannalal Rawat has informed that during the departmental scrutiny it was found that these vehicle owners didn’t deposited taxes assigned by state government; hence they were given warned and given notice.
The tax owners are asked to reach RTO office on 5th and 6th March at Public Grievance program and clarify why they didn’t deposited the taxes timely, if they cannot respond reasonably; strict action will be taken against them which might include seizing their vehicles and cancelling their license.
Other than taxi owners, all dealers of Udaipur are also notified to present the records of all vehicle sale of last 5 years.
