UDA e-Lottery Applications: Correction Opportunity Until Nov 23
Applicants can self edit application details (except for name, Aadhaar number and income category) on the UDA portal until 5:00 pm
Udaipur, Nov 18, 2025 - The last date for applications for plots in South Extension Sector-A, Kaldawas (Udyog Vihar), and Noyra (Nandeshwar Enclave was Monday, November 17, 2025, for the allotment of a total of 1109 residential plots through e-lottery.
UDA Commissioner Rahul Jain has said that applicants can make all corrections (except in name, Aadhaar number and income category) in their forms through the departmental portal. Timeline for the correction shall be from November 18 to 23 until 5:00 pm.
This scheme was formally inaugurated on October 7, 2025, by the Minister of Urban Development & Housing and Autonomous Governance Department, Jhabar Singh Kharra, at a ceremony held in Udaipur.
According to Commissioner Jain this lottery is in line with the State Government's vision of “Our Effort: Housing for All,” across the following categories — Economically Weaker Section (EWS), Low Income Group (LIG), Middle Income Group (MIG), and High Income Group (HIG). Allotment will be as follows:
- 550 plots in South Extension Sector-A
- 311 plots in Kaldawas (Udyog Vihar)
- 248 plots in Noyra (Nandeshwar Enclave)
