UDA e-Lottery on Dec 25, Minister Kharra to Attend
Minister of State Jhabar Singh Kharra will attend the UDA e-lottery in Udaipur on Thursday for allotment of 1,109 residential plots under three schemes
Udaipur, Dec 24, 2025 – The Udaipur Development Authority (UDA) will conduct the e-lottery for 1,109 residential plots under three UDA schemes on Thursday (December 25). Minister of State for Urban Development and Autonomous Governance, Jhabar Singh Kharra, who will arrive in Udaipur on Wednesday (December 24), will participate in the e-lottery which will begin at 10:00 am.
The process will be conducted at the Community Centre, South Extension, Balicha in Udaipur.
According to UDA Commissioner Rahul Jain, this lottery is in line with the State Government's vision of “Our Effort: Housing for All,” across the following categories — Economically Weaker Section (EWS), Low Income Group (LIG), Middle Income Group (MIG), and High Income Group (HIG). Allotment will be as follows:
- 550 plots in South Extension Sector-A
- 311 plots in Kaldawas (Udyog Vihar)
- 248 plots in Noyra (Nandeshwar Enclave)
