UDA Housing Scheme e-Lottery Postponed
The e-lottery for 1109 residential plots will now be held in the second week of December
Udaipur, Nov 28, 2025 - The e-lottery proposed for Thursday, under the ongoing process for allotment of 1,109 residential plots across three housing schemes of the Udaipur Development Authority (UDA), has been postponed owing to unavoidable reasons.
UDA Commissioner Rahul Jain informed that the lottery will now be conducted in the second week of December, and the new date, time and venue will soon be announced through the authority’s official website and local news media.
Commissioner Jain further said that the e-lottery will be conducted as per standard procedures, which include final data verification, freezing the applicant list in the presence of the representative nominated by the Udaipur District Collector and the Treasury Officer, automated selection of winners from among the applicants, complete video recording of the process, secure preservation of data logs and public release of results on the departmental portal.
Applicants may also be present at the lottery venue on the newly scheduled date. The e-lottery will be conducted entirely online with complete transparency.
