Smart City Udaipur was chosen to make a presentation today at National Workshop on Urban Transformation. Udaipur was one of the six smart cities chosen to make presentation.

The workshop, organised on the second anniversary of Smart City announcement, saw presentations by Udaipur, Surat, Bhubhaneshwar, Kakinada, Indore and Pune.

The workshop was organised by Ministry of Urban Development and saw participation of CEOs of 100 Smart Cities.

Siddharth Sihag, CEO, Udaipur Smart City Company Ltd., presented the case of Udaipur. Presenting the Sucess Stories from Udaipur Smart City Project, Sihag also highlited how Udaipur had already Inherited Smartness through the interconnected fresh water lake eco-system.

M. Venkaiah Naidu, Minister of Urban Development and MoS Inderjit Singh Rao were also present on the occasion.
