Udaipur city to have public cycle sharing system soon
Roll on Udaipur-Public cycle sharing system coming in Udaipur soon.
Going ahead with environment conservation, Udaipur city will soon have a public-cycle-sharing system. Tenders are being invited for the process.
In a meeting on Tuesday held by Udaipur Smart City ltd., officers of the smart city project provided information about cycle sharing system to Udaipur’s Collector Anandi. Information about all completed projects and the proposed projects was also given. CEO Smart City Kamar Choudhary said that tenders are again being invited for 25 low-floor and 10 low-floor AC buses.

The Collector also previewed the ongoing works of UIT and Municipal Corporation and said that all works must be completed on time. She also laid emphasis on quality work. Details of other development works were also given in the meeting.
The public cycle sharing system involves providing cycle sharing at public places for which cycle stands will be constructed. Any person can pick cycles from these spots for moving around and must leave them at the nearest cycle stand after completion of work.
