Collector Gaurav Agrawal visits Udaipur lacrosse training camp, praises players' dedication, and boosts morale for upcoming national and international competitions
Udaipur, April 10, 2026 - District Collector Gaurav Agrawal visited the lacrosse training camp at Maharana Pratap Khel Gaon in Udaipur and interacted with the players. The Collector said that active participation of youth in emerging sports like lacrosse is a matter of pride and that the sport holds great potential to take the country to new heights in the future. He also interacted with the players to understand their experiences, challenges and preparations, motivating them to maintain consistency, discipline and regular practice.
On this occasion, he especially praised those players who have performed excellently at national and international levels, bringing recognition to the district.
In his address, he extended best wishes to all players for upcoming national and international competitions and expressed confidence that they will continue to elevate the name of Udaipur and the country through their performances.
District Sports Officer Mahesh Paliwal and other officials were also present during the visit.
