Alternate Arrangements at the Udaipur District Court During Winter Vacations

Udaipur, Dec 24, 2025: The Udaipur District Court, as per the Annual Calendar, shall be closed between Dec 25-31, for Winter Vacations. The normal functioning of the Court shall hence be affected. However, as per the orders of the Rajasthan High Court, alternative arrangements have been made in the District Court for hearing urgent matters. These special arrangements shall be as follows:

• Hearings on Criminal cases, Bail applications, Remand matters, Jail-related cases, and Civil matters will be heard in four designated courts. The hearing time will be from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

• Cases pertaining to the District & Sessions Court and ADJ Court will be heard from December 26 - 28 by Judge Ajay Meena of the ACJM (Rent Tribunal) Court.

• On December 29, hearings will be conducted by Judge Mamta Meena of the ACJM (PCPNDT) Court, while on December 30 and 31, Judge Manish Kumar Joshi of ACJM-4 Court will hear the cases.

• Urgent matters will also be heard under alternative arrangements in Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Courts No. 1, 2, 3, and 4; Special ACJM (PCPNDT); ACJM (Rent Tribunal); Juvenile Justice Board; Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate North and South; and Additional Civil Judge North and South.
