Udaipur, March 14, 2026 - In a major late-night administrative reshuffle, the Rajasthan government transferred 64 IPS officers across the State and appointed new Superintendents of Police in several districts.
According to the official order, Ramamurti Joshi has been posted as DIG ACB Udaipur, while the current Udaipur SP Yogesh Goyal has been transferred to ACB Jaipur.
Dr Amrita Duhan has been appointed as the new Superintendent of Police of Udaipur. She will make history as the first woman SP of Udaipur district, taking charge of law and order in the region.
As per the government order, Rajsamand SP Mamta Gupta has been posted as DIG Police Security Jaipur, Banswara SP Sudhir Joshi has been appointed as SP Jhunjhunu, and Salumber SP Rajesh Kumar Yadav has been posted as Deputy Director at Rajasthan Police Academy Jaipur.
Meanwhile, Vishnaram has been appointed as SP Salumber, Jyeshtha Maitreyi as SP Banswara and Hemant Kalal as SP Rajsamand.
