Udaipur, April 28, 2026: Following the IMD heatwave alert for parts of Rajasthan, the Administration of Udaipur District has announced new timings for schools from April 29 till May 15.

As per the order signed by District Collector Gaurav Agarwal, schools will operate between 7:30am till 11:30am.

The order for school timings is applicable for students upto Class 8 in all government and private schools. The timings for students of Class 9-12 will be unchanged.

The timings are being changed only for students. The other teaching and non teaching personnel of all schools will attend school during normal hours.

As per the order, any non-compliance will result in disciplinary action.
