UDID Card Mandatory for Disability Pension in Udaipur - State Government Directive
Beneficiaries receiving pension or other welfare benefits based on disability must update their UDID card details in Jan Aadhaar
Udaipur, February 13, 2026: The state government has made the digital disability certificate (UDID card) mandatory for persons with disabilities who are receiving pensions under the Social Security Pension Scheme.
Joint Director of the Social Justice and Empowerment Department, Udaipur, Girish Bhatnagar, said that beneficiaries receiving pension or other welfare benefits based on disability must update their UDID card details in Jan Aadhaar.
Those who have not yet obtained the UDID card should apply through the e-Mitra portal. After applying, they must visit the designated room (Room No. 89) at Maharana Bhupal Hospital for medical examination. Once the examination is completed, the documents should be uploaded through e-Mitra, and after verification, the issued UDID card must be updated in Jan Aadhaar to ensure uninterrupted pension payments.
