Urban Improvement Trust (UIT) Udaipur demolished encroachments from Hiran Magri Sec -3 today. The government land was encroached by few private businesses in the locality. Demolition was implemented earlier this morning in the presence of Tehsildar and UIT Secretary.

Ram Niwas Mehta, Secretary, UIT informed that more than 5000 Sq. feet land was under encroachment since past many years. The land was used by private business, as warehouses and retail business. Anti-Encroachment squad of UIT removed them from the land.

Mehta added that some more private business will also be removed from the locality in near future, as they have been illegally raised on government land.

In another action, UIT also cleared Pula Bottleneck, where one house was demolished. UIT in recently held road widening drive demolished two houses from the locality.
