UIT rakes in Rs. 3.12 Crore on the Second Day of Auction

The second day of the Auction witnessed Rs. 3.12 Crore being added to the UIT revenue, after they auctioned off nine residential plots located at Hiran Magri, in a three day auction process of both residential and commercial land by the Urban Improvement Trust, Udaipur.

 

The second day of the Auction witnessed Rs. 3.12 Crore being added to the UIT revenue, after they auctioned off nine residential plots located at Hiran Magri, in a three day auction process of both residential and commercial land by the Urban Improvement Trust, Udaipur.

Among the 12 residential plots at Hiran Magri, Sector-9 that were kept on bid, only nine were auctioned as plot numbers 125, 126 and 127 were excluded from the process. In the nine successful bids today, the bidding for plot numbers 378, 379 and 380 started with a minimum bid of Rs. 1,500 per Sq. feet, whereas the minimum bid for plots 149, 198 and plot numbers 467 to 480 was decided at Rs. 1,400 per Sq. feet.

As per information provided by UIT officials, plot number 470 went under the hammer for the highest call of Rs. 2,117 per Sq feet, while lowest rate of Rs. 1,407 per Sq. feet was approved for plot number 149.

Tomorrow, on the final day of this auction a total of five commercial lands will be put under the hammer.
