The Anti-Encroachment team from the Udaipur Municipal Corporation headed by Corporator Durgesh Sharma, removed street venders from Durga Nursery Road.

The action started from Ashok Nagar side of the Durga Nursery Road, where road side vendors who had encroached the area were removed.  The lorries of the vendors were also seized by the team.

Sharma further informed the that UMC plans to widen the road in the near future so that traffic jams that frequently occur in the area are done away with.

The Durga Nursery Road plays a very significant role in connecting the city area to the Hiran Magri side and is caters mostly to students who frequent the area.
