Udaipur Municipal Corporation (UMC) auctioned four residential plots in Sector – 11 & 6 today. The auction yielded an income of Rs. 2.27 Cr. to UMC. In the auction, total 11 residential plots were included, but only 4 were bidden.

Durgesh Sharma, President, Revenue Committee, UMC, informed that among 4 auctioned plots, one is in Sector 11, while remaining 3 are of Sector 6. The auction yielded an amount of Rs. 2.27 crore and will be deposited in Corporation account.

Sharma added that plot number 743 (B) located at Hiran Magri Sector – 11 was sold out at final bid of Rs. 4300 per sq. feet, where the size of plot was more than 2900. sq feet. Among the three plots of Sector-6, plot number 171, 174 and 175 were sold out at Rs. 35 lakh each.
