Udaipur Municipal Corporation (UMC) inaugurated parking space at Jagdish Chowk on Sunday 22^nd June at Asin Ki Haveli. The former chief minister of Himachal Pradesh, Shanta Kumar carried out the inauguration ceremony.

Rajni Dangi, Mayor, UMC informed that the parking space can accommodate 40 cars at a time. The Aisn Ki Haveli is also carted with a multi-facility hall for various social gathering for locals of the area.

Mayor added that UMC has spent Rs.90 lacs on construction of this parking space, which is proposed to be named after Late Pramod Mahajan, a minister of BJP.

Mayor further informed that locals of the area can rent multi-purpose hall, after giving an application at Revenue Department of UMC along with a nominal rent.
