Udaipur Municipal Corporation (UMC) removed illegal banners from various circles today. The banners were illegally placed over the sites dedicated for public announcements. A team of UMC along with officials of revenue committee implemented the action.

Durgesh Sharma, President, Revenue Committee, UMC informed that a squad along with officials of revenue committee removed posters from various circles of city. The posters were illegally placed over the site dedicated for public information.

Himmat Singh Barath, Commissioner, UMC informed that commercial posters can be placed over the site, but for that they have to deposit certain amount with UMC. A notice will be given to accused party for placing posters without permission.
