Revenue Department at the Udaipur Municipal Corporation seized and demolished an illegal house constructed at Clock Tower (Ghantaghar).

Mohit Agnihotri from the department informed media that Pratap Samant had constructed an illegal house (G+2) in the Jhadiyo ki Ol area.  As per the Revenue Department, necessary approvals were not in place and construction had taken place without permission.

On getting information about this illegal construction, the department got into action. 2 Notices were served to the owner.  Inspite of the notices, the owner continued with the construction.  This resulted in a seize order being issued.

Pratap and his family were not at the facility during the time the seize happened.  However, some ornament artisans were present, and were safely removed from the premises before the seize took place.
