In order to maintain cleanliness, Udaipur Municipal Corporation has bought 2 vehicles each with Refuge Compactor and Garbage Capacitor respectively. The vehicles were flagged off by Opposition Leader Gulab Chand Kataria after handing over the keys to respective department.

In UMC campus today, Gulab Chand Kataria gave a green signal to 2 newly purchased vehicles intended to keep the lake city clean. UMC has spent Rs. 61.51 lac, including Rs.26.33 Lac for vehicle with Refuge Compactor and Rs. 35.88 Lac for Garbage Capacitor vehicle.

According to Mayor Rajni Dangi, these vehicles will join to strengthen the present cleaning vehicles squad, which will certainly add some improvement in overall tidiness of the city.
