Mayor inaugurated various construction projects of Waiting Lounge at Police Line along with Sewerage Canal at Udiapol locality. A sum of Rs.65 lacwillbe collectively spent on the Project by Udaipur Municipal Corporation.

According to Rajni Dangi, demand of independent waiting area in Police Line campus was raised as large number of candidates come to Udaipur for number of competitive exams in police department. Construction work for the same was inaugurated jointly by Ajaypal Singh Lamba and Mayor.

Dangi further informed that UMC will spend Rs.10 lac on the project of waiting lounge, while in another project Rs.10 lac would be spent over construction of RCC Shade and Rs.45 lac on a Sewerage Canal to be constructed at Udiapol.
