No check on social distancing, safety, mask, sanitization - Are we inviting disaster once again??

A government order dated 1 Feb 2021 and signed by the Principal Secretary Abhay Kumar is similar in content to other orders issued in the last 4 months after the lockdown was eased. The order makes it mandatory to observe a number of COVID Safety protocols with respect to social distancing. A number of them are mentioned in the order, with the most significant ones being those directed towards social, religious, political, academic, entertainment and cultural functions.

However, with the number of COVID-19 cases hovering within single digits since a few weeks, even the administration seems to have taken the back seat when it comes to adherence to the permissible procedures mentioned in this order. For one, the order says that Social / political / sports / entertainment / academic / cultural / religious functions / gathering can be held outside the containment zones, subject to the following conditions:

The following pictures of regligious gatherings in Udaipur have no indication of following the protocol mentioned in the order - WHO IS RESPONSIBLE??

Give prior information...with a seating plan...?

In open spaces ceiling of 200 persons - maintain a distance of 6 feet (2 gaz ki doori) ?? Ensure social distancing ???

No Mask - No Entry will be strictly followed???
