Nirjala Ekadashi was celebrated with zeal in the city of Lakes, where hundreds of youngsters were seen flying kites; on the occasion, Abdul Kadir a passionate kite flyer of Udaipur wished Team India to win the title of on-going Champion’s Trophy, by flying 151 kites back to back at the bank of Fatehsagar.

Abdul Kadir every year participates in kite flying on the day of Nirjala Ekadashi and sends various messages through his skills; this year he flew 151 kites on single thread and wishes Indian team for the ongoing Champion’s Trophy. 151 Kites Glided for Team India on Nirjala Ekadashi The day being celebrated as one of the biggest Ekadashi in Hindu calendars, individuals also observe ‘Upvas’ (fast) and pray Lord Krishna, while some also carry out charity in both cash and kind to the needy ones. 151 Kites Glided for Team India on Nirjala Ekadashi On Nirjala Ekadashi special arrangements were made at Jagdish Temple where hundreds of Devotees visited right from early morning.
