Alakh Nayan Mandir operated 140 eye patients on the eve of Makar Sankranti on 14^th January completing the highest number of eye operations in Udaipur division. 

In the camp organized at Peepalkhut and Dhariyawad (Pratapgarh), around 366 eye check-ups were held for no additional costs. Out of these, 142 patients were treated for cataract.

Also, keeping in mind the festive day, the staff of Taj Lake Palace distributed clothes, shoes and other necessary items along with Til laddoo among the staff and patients.
