BN Girls College Fest to begin on Jan 27
Mayuri 2012, the Annual Festival of the Bhupal Nobles P.G (B.N.P.G) Girls College will be starting on 27th January at the College premises. This three day festival will comprise of various competitions like Solo Song, Duet Song, Duet Dance, Solo Dance, Group Song, Group Dance, Mime, Mono Act, One Act Play, Fancy Dress, Inter School Home Science Quiz and Fashion show.

Ashok Gehlot, Chief Minister of Rajasthan is expected to be the Chief Guest on the final day of the three day event. The final days event will be presided over by Member of Parliament, Raguveer Singh Meena. The other special guests on the occasion are expected to be Dayaram Parmar, State Minister, Higher Education, Government of Rajasthan; Gajendra Singh Shaktawat, Parliamentary Secretary, Government of Rajasthan and Pradeep Kumar Singh Singoli, Member of Legislative Assembly.
Further, the final day will also see the standard prize distribution ceremony along with the Best Student Competition. In the competition one student will be elected and awarded with the title of Best Student of the College on the basis of overall performances in academic and co-curricular activities for the year by the judges.
Prof. N.L Sharma, Principal B.N.P.G Girls College said, “Except best student’s award, we will also request the Chief Minister to do the honor of giving prizes to those students of the college who achieved success at the University and State level competitions.”
Dr. Aparna Sharma, Organizing Secretary of the event said, “Around 15 students will be awarded with a Gold Medal for their achievements. Dr. Maina Jain and Sofia Ali Mansoori, who were awarded for their best services in NSS will also be honored along with the students who won the drawing exhibition at the Lalit Kala Academy. 19 Students from our college got cash prizes in sports at the University level and we will also bring forward their achievements in this function.”
