Today, at a Blood Donation Camp organized by The Udaipur Urban Co-operative Bank Ltd, 100 Units of blood was donated.

The blood donation camp, which was held to commemorate the 58^th All India Co-Operative Week (Sahkaari Saptaah), was held in joint association with Bohra Youth Medicare Relief Society at two centers – one at the Bank’s Head Office located at Madhuban and at the Bohra Youth Medicare center located at Bohrawadi, between 0900 hrs to 1600 hrs.

Siraj Ahmed Kathawala, CEO of the Bank said “The camp is organized as a part of the Co-operative Week as well as a part of the Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives of the Bank. We individually informed and requested all bank employees, client as well as shareholders to participate in the noble cause.”

Anees Miyaji said, “The Bohra Youth Medical Relief Society is always at the forefront of all medical causes and predominantly active in such social activities.”

An Active participation of people from all communities made the camp a success. On this occasion, many dignitaries of the community also participated in blood donation camp.
