Debate at UCCI
“If college education doesn’t enable professional skills and innovation in one, should we abolish college system as a solution? Is it right to blame it on education system especially when we have our people working as doctors, engineers, scientists etc in abroad?” These were the thoughts on debacle during debate held at UCCI.

A debate session was organized to mark the materials management day at UCCI’s chamber bhawan’s Aravali auditorium. It was combined effort of UCCI and Indian Institute of Material of Management. Prof. B. P. Sharma-vice chancellor of Pacific University was chief guest of the program.
P. Shrivastava-Vice President of J. K. Tyres kankroli was guest of honour. The need of connect between education and industrial experience was emphasized during the event. K. S. Mogra- ex president of UCCI and ex-chairman of IIM told that a course on travel and tourism in in the pipeline to be launched.
Various other courses such as tourism, hotel management, guide and foreign language will be starting with support of Centre Singapore are also under pipeline.
