With the beats of dhol-nagadas and splendid rain dance, the countryside resort of Jagat Retreat was audience to a colorful ‘women only’ Holi party.

The event, organized by the women-only group Divas RGB on 6th March, saw dozens of women and children who gathered to celebrate the festival of Holi amid the ecstatic Aravali Hills.

The day long party consisted of several rounds of delicious snacks, competition of making head bands with flowers and vegetables and non-stop dance on rhythmic holi numbers.  It was a complete Diva’s Day Out!

The coordination and arrangements were made by the Divas trio Bhuvneshwari, Shilpa and Ridhima – Directors of the group.

Giving further information on the event, Bhuvneshwari told UT that the event was dedicated to the Divas club members and children.  There was no particular motive except encouraging women to have fun to the fullest without any collective guidelines. “We enjoyed a lot and Divas members are waiting for next years Holi party”, said Bhuvneshwari.
