This Holi, females of Udaipur can have a lot more fun than their usual Holi Celebration. The Divas, Women Club is scheduling a ‘Holi Party’ on the day before Holi, exclusively for women and kids.

Divas also known as ‘DivasRBS’ is a social group of women that started few years ago. The club organizes many events like monthly theme based parties. The founding members of the club decide the venue, theme, catering and decorations. And this time they have come up with this unique ‘Holi Celebration, only for Women’.

Bhuvneshwari Shaktawat, Shilpa Kalra and Ridhima Khamesra founders of Divas told UT that the concept of this Holi party is devised keeping in mind the usual busy routine of a female member in the family on the day of Holi. It’s a chance for females to grab more than the usual bite of ‘Holi Fun’ The entry is quoted Rs 500 for ladies and Rs 175 for Kids. The venue would be Jagat Resort, near Sajjan Garh Fort. At the venue itself one can enjoy the lush green beauty of Udaipur and eye candy sceneries. According to Bhuvneshwari, there is an incredible layout for every woman to enjoy, as there would be a ‘Rain Dance’ party, with ‘Dhol Beats’ and also a dance on Holi based Bollywood tracks. There is also an arrangement made for welcome drinks, sweets and snacks. The Divas have also planned Holi games, where one would be able to participate and win prizes.
