At the ‘International Radio Surgery Seminar 2015’ held in Japan, Geetanjali Hospital’s radio oncologist Dr. Shanker represented India with other 5 specialists who received praises for their techniques and hand-on experience.

Around 1500 cancer specialists gathered at the seminar that held from 10^th to 15^th June in Tokyo, Japan. Dr. Shanker elaborated that the treatment of spinal cancer is possible with single session radio surgery which takes 20 minutes time.

He also informed the delegates about the trigeminal neuralgia of which he is the specialist. This is the kind of bloodless injury.
