“32ndChatrakala Pradarshini” a 4-day Art exhibition is now showcasing in our city at Bagor Ki Havel, Gangaur Ghat and will conclude on the 10th of June.

“32ndChatrakala Pradarshini” a 4-day Art exhibition is now showcasing in our city at Bagor Ki Havel, Gangaur Ghat and will conclude on the 10th of June.

The Exhibition organized by the joint effort of Rajasthan Lalit Kala Akadami, Jaipur and West Zone Cultural Centre (WZCC), Udaipur is showing 128 paintings, 11 sculptures along with various drawings and graphics made by kids from different parts of the state. Out of the many exhibits, 10 were awarded with the Best Crafts and 5 were given Consolation Prizes.

In the Prize distribution, Gajendra Kumawat and Mohit Soni from Jaipur won the Best Painting Awards whereas Pratik Kumawat from Rajsamand won the Best Mix Media Award. Twinkle Gupta, Vikram Singodhia and Krishna Kumar’s drawings were chosen as the Best Drawings. The Best Graphics awards were given out to Sandeep Kumar Meghwal and Rashmi Soni. Finally, Jitendra Sharma and Ankit Sharma were awarded with the Best Sculptures award.

The Exhibition is being held under the direction of Professor Bhawani Shankar Sharma, Chairperson, Lalit Kala Akadami. ShailendraDashora, Director, WZCC was the Chief Guest in today’s inaugural ceremony of the exhibition. Other Distinguished guests included Suresh Sharma, a Prominent Artist and Professor Shailendra Singh Khushwaha, Dean, Faculty of Fine Art, MS University, Baroda.
