Vaccination of Hepatitis B is now given free to kids and this decision by the state government has come into action from today at all government run vaccination centers. The free vaccination program which includes immunization of polio and other fatal diseases now has Hepatitis B added to its list.

The program has been inaugurated today at Late.Khemraj Katara Satellite Hospital, Udaipur by Minister for Rural and Tribal Development Mahendrajeet Singh Malviya.

Malwaiya has expected that this program will help people of Rajasthan to fight with the killer diseases and substantially also affect life of children.

While addressing the meeting he told about various beneficial programs initiated by Rajasthan Government in the past three years which mainly focused on women empowerment, literacy and health.

The program was also attended by District Collector, Hemant Ghera; Tourism Head of Udaipur, Usha Sharma; District Head, Madhu Mehta and representatives from various organizations.
