Udaipur’s first Hallmarking Center and Gold Testing Lab will start its services from Sunday, 4^th March, following the inauguration ceremony at Ganpati Plaza, Bhamashah Road.

Lakecity Hallmarking Center and Gold Testing Lab is recognized by the Bureau of Indian Standards. According to Ankit Jain, Managing Director of the center, the new center will give much relief to businessmen and customers who used to spend more time and money going elsewhere for testing their jewelry.

“Now, consumer will be satisfied for the quality of their jewelry as, Hallmarking is an authorized sign of purity. We have also set up an ornament testing lab which will give fast and accurate analysis of purity of jewelry”, says Ankit.

According to the rules of the Bureau of Indian Standards, every ornament should be recognized by Hallmark to prevent customers from being misled. There is a strict law against those who sell fake jewelry with Hallmark on it.
